Tutorial : How to Unlock iPhone OS 3.0
Finally, its out. Yes, Ultrasn0w has been released for iPhone 3G and is available for public. Unfortunately, The Dev Team planned to keep the version of Ultrasn0w for iPhone 3GS as a secret.
Ultrasn0w or Ultrasnow is not available through torrents or through direct download. Jailbroken iPhone 3G’s can only download the package through Cydia as it has been uploaded there.
Tutorial on How Unlock iPhone 3G 3.0 :-
Well, the steps are quiet simple. But make sure that you create a backup of Your iPhone 3G 3.0 Before attempting to unlock your iPhone. Below is the step-by-step procedure.
- First of All, the Most obvious step, upgrade to iPhone OS 3.0
- Next, Jailbreak your iPhone 3G using Redsn0w or PwnageTool . Doing this will automatically install install Cydia and / or lcy
- Next, Run Cydia or Icy
- Now you have to add the repo repo666.ultrasn0w.com to Cydia or Icy
- Install ultrasn0w by Searching for ‘ultrasn0w’ in Cydia or Icy. if you are a T-Mobile USA disable 3G before using ultrasn0w.
- Restart / Reboot your iPhone 3G.
- Enjoy!
